THE CLASSES AVAILABLE AT CLUB FITNESS

Each club has its own set of classes. They differ from day to day and hour to hour. Each class lasts around an hour and is led by a different fitness teacher. Some of the classes available when you join the club are listed below.

  1. ALL ABS - The ALL ABS workout will concentrate on abdominal strengthening, as well as posture, resistance, and technique.
  2. BODYPUMP - In this workout, you'll be using barbells and working out in a group setting. All of this will take place while you listen to upbeat music. This athletic-based workout is straightforward, but it will sculpt and define your primary muscle groups while also strengthening your entire body.

  6. CYCLING - Feel the rush of energy pouring through your veins as you burn calories and sweat to the beat of excellent music.
  7. DYNAMIC TRAINING — This innovative type of exercise combines weight training with cardiovascular activity. The trainers in charge of the stations will keep you motivated while you complete your workout.
  8. IRON YOGA - This session will increase balance, focus, strength, flexibility, breathing, and relaxation via Hatha style yoga poses.
  9. KICKBOX - If you're weary of the same old gym workouts, give kickboxing a try. You'll get a great aerobic exercise while strengthening your strength, stamina, and focus using martial arts moves.
  10. ZUMBA TONING - You might not believe this is a great exercise at first. However, when you dance to wonderful Latin music and feel the sweat stream down your body, you will realise how much fun Zumba is for toning your muscles.

THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CLUB FITNESS MEMBERSHIP


The most basic plan. You will get single club access with this package, and you will only be able to visit the club during staffed hours. Please note that lessons will not be available, and there will be no children's club.

Plan for Quick Results. You will have access to the whole club and will have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week with this plan.
